Quotations

All quotations are subject to supplier availability, manufacturing lead times and pricing at the time of acceptance. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

Custom Products

Many of our products are custom-made or specially sourced. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless required by applicable South African consumer legislation.

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, concepts, drawings, photographs, graphics and logos remain the property of Niche Design Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Niche Design Studio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products and services.
