Refund policy

Many of our products are custom-made or specially sourced.

Custom furniture, made-to-order items and customised products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged once production has commenced.

If a standard product is found to be defective upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can assess the issue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
